Protective Documentation Panel
June 12, 2025. 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST. Virtual via Zoom
Join the Let’s Talk About It team for a panel discussion about how to comprehensively and ethically document your work. Documentation is a routine part of our work, but one that is rarely given the attention it deserves. With major changes to healthcare regulation occurring nationwide, it is our responsibility as providers now, more than ever, to ensure that we are documenting our work responsibly to protect ourselves and our clients’ information. Subjects to be covered will include how to determine what information is clinically relevant to a client’s chart, considerations for vulnerable populations, and psychotherapy notes versus progress notes.
This session will present learning materials, but the emphasis will be on facilitating a space in which a variety of experiences and levels of experiences with different types of documentation will be processed in a collaborative space, both with the Let’s Talk About It team members as well as attendees.
Prices are tiered in order to be accessible to anyone interested in attending. Recommended pricing:
$25 - Student and professionals with high financial need
$35 - Associate-licensed professionals or fully licensed clinicians with moderate financial need
$45 - Fully-licensed professionals or professionals with mid-to-low financial need
No CEs will be available and will NOT be recorded. Please also note that this is scheduled in the US Eastern time zone. Tax is included in price.
We look forward to seeing you there!
